The  Management of  PERKASA Group  is  totally  committed in the achievement of the highest quality standard in manufacturing  and  recondition  of  machinery  and  equipment  of  Industrial  Engineering,  Marine,  Mining, Heavy Equipment, and Energy Industries in line with our customer’s expectation.  We shall follow the  “Quality Control Manual” customers’s,  inspection sociaty’s and government regulatory requirements, specifications and rules and regulation. The  quality  control  manager  is  responsible  for  the  preparation  of   the  required  quality  aspects  and  for administration and implementation of the quality control system in the workshop and field site. The quality control manager has the authority, responsibility and organizational freedom to indentify quality control problems, provide their solution and to verify resolution of such problems. In  the  even  of  disagreement  between  department heads  which cannot be resolved  by the quality control manager , then the  problem  shall  be  brought  to  Senior  Management  for  resolution,  based  on the above mentioned requirements, specifications and rules, regulations and good engineering practise.
